note that all of our tea dyed textiles are one of a kind
and subject to prior sale. If you would like to confirm
availability before ordering, you are welcome to contact
us. Should you order a piece that has been sold before
we have time to remove it from our website we will offer
you the following options:
- Choose
a different item or a different colour of the same
item, as available, with additional payment or partial
refund as applicable.
- If
the textile style is available to us un-dyed, it can
be back-ordered and we will notify you when the
newly-dyed/decorated, similar item is available. (No
two items are exactly alike, but they all look
good!)
- A
full refund of your payment.
Tea Dyed Tees
ships to the USA, including military (APO/FPO) addresses,
Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, and the following
countries only: Canada, Israel, Australia, New Zealand,
Japan, Bermuda, and the countries of western Europe. We regret that
at this time we are unable to ship elsewhere.
Shipment
of all items within the USA is by USPS Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation, and are normally delivered within three to
five business days. International shipments are sent via
postal service, with delivery confirmation where
available, and may take up to three weeks, and
occasionally longer, depending on destination.
Tea
Dyed Tees does not charge for "handling." Our
shipping rates reflect actual postal fees.
If
you would like your order shipped via another method, or if
you would like to insure your shipment, please contact us before making
your purchase.
Tea
Dyed Tees packages each of our textiles inside a
water-resistant plastic bag before placing it into the
shipping container. We do not use Styrofoam®
peanuts, and do our best to recycle packing materials.
We
are confident that you will be happy with your purchase
from Tea Dyed Tees. Should you need to return your Tea
Dyed Tees purchase, please contact
us, explaining the
reason you wish to return it, before sending it back to
us. Requests for authorization for return or adjustment
must be made to us in writing via email within five (5)
days of your receipt of your purchase. We are unable to
accept returns or issue credit for items that have been
used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way; or if
we do not receive a request for return or adjustment
within the specified time; or if an item is returned to us
without our written authorization; or if an item is noted
as not returnable in the item description.
